Is my data secure?
Yes, RulesAgent processes emails only when triggered by you, using custom rules to extract data into your Google Sheet. We don’t store your emails, don’t share your data, and only use minimal OAuth scopes. All processing happens in real time within your Google Workspace. We comply with Google’s API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use.
Do I need coding knowledge?
Not at all! RulesAgent is designed to be user-friendly with a simple interface for creating extraction rules. Simply specify what data you want to extract and where it should go in your spreadsheet - no coding required.
